Nearly three million people across Southeast Asia have been affected by torrential rains that caused deadly flooding and landslides. Rescue teams in Indonesia are searching for survivors. Already, more than 61 people there have died. Meanwhile, Sri Lankan emergency workers are bracing for more severe weather.
