The Trump administration's defunding of it's international development agency, USAID, has forced independent media groups in Cambodia to scale back on staffing and operations.
But activists say the bigger concern could be accusations from President Trump and his adviser Elon Musk, that the agency has been paying thousands of journalists to publish propaganda.
