Pro-EU candidate Nicusor Dan has won Romania's presidential election.
Supporters of the centrist mayor of Bucharest began celebrating even before his victory was confirmed.
A previous vote in November was annulled by the constitutional court, after allegations of interference by Russia.
Moscow denied the claim.
