Israeli attacks have killed at least 25 people across the Gaza Strip since dawn on Wednesday, including women and children.
In Gaza City, rescue teams are searching for family members of a child who was pulled from the rubble.
One of the Israeli strikes targeted a home belonging to the Hassouna family in the al-Tuffa neighbourhood of Gaza City, killing at least 10 people and injuring dozens.
Many displaced Palestinians were sheltering there.
Israeli Defence Minister Israel Katz says Israeli troops will remain in captured areas of Gaza indefinitely, calling them “security zones”.
